We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, so we have created this policy to ensure you can return items for an exchange or refund.
Please contact us via email at email@example.com, with the subject line of RETUR?REFUND and your order number. We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours to resolve the matter for you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that customers use a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.
If you are eligible for a refund, the full purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded to your original form of payment. If a promotional discount was applied to your order at the time of purchase, that discount may not be applicable and only the actual amount charged will be refunded.
If the item(s) you received were not as described or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will review each case on an individual basis and then decide whether a refund is appropriate.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange. Please provide us with photos of the damaged item(s), and we will review each case on an individual basis.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability and we may not be able to accommodate your request. Additional shipping expenses may apply
