Australian Shipping:

(These rates are calculated by our charges from Australia Post along with a $1.00 handling fee)

Order $0 - 34.99 - Standard Shipping: $9.00,  Express Postage: $12.75

Order $35.00 - $74.99 - Standard Shipping:$6.50, Express Postage: $15.00 

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00. Express Postage: $15.00

International Shipping:

These rates are calculated individually and will be available for you to choose when you checkout your cart.

How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. (For international orders this may take an additional 1 - 2 days to obtain your tracking number.)

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your payment information is secure and your purchase is protected with the latest encryption technology.

How do I track my order?

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you. 

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping services, but we are happy to include a personalized message with your order. Just leave us a note in the “Order Notes” box when placing your order and we will take care of it!

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all of our products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Do you offer refund or exchange if I change my mind?

We offer, via individual consideration, possible return for exchange or refund on all orders if notified within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details. Additional shipping fees may apply.

I recieved a damaged item, something is missing from my order, or my order was not correct, what do I do?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number for further assistance.  Contact us via email at admin@reducereplenish.com.  For urgency please write RETURN/REFUND with your order number, in the subject line, or alternatively call us on +61 406 943 436.
